Our client, a rapidly growing Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory firm based in Parramatta, is seeking a Senior Client Manager with extensive commercial experience and a strong ability to manage client affairs. The firm's expansion strategy, centred around service diversification and talent development, is an ideal stage for an aspiring future Partner.

The Role:

• Direct end-to-end accounting, management reporting, and provide Virtual CFO services to a varied client base.

• Capitalise on the firm's robust 20+-year heritage to manage and grow an existing client portfolio.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Partner during the transition phase, assuming responsibility for managing the affairs of numerous major clients of the firm.

• Apply your well-honed commercial skills in managing client commercial dealings, building relationships, and broadening the firm's impact.

About You:

• A seasoned accountant with over 15 years of business services / tax experience and extensive commercial acumen.

• Hold formal CPA/CA qualifications and substantial public practice experience, providing guidance to clients across a range of industry sectors.

• Technologically savvy with a skill for advising clients on optimal accounting software solutions.

• Demonstrable success in supervising early career bookkeeping personnel through to mentoring high-potential staff accountign staff.

• A passion for excellent client engagement and commitment to delivering unparalleled client service.

• Ideally, you will have some existing fees to bring into the firm, complementing our client's existing portfolio.
