This market leading and innovative Financial Planning Practice is seeking an experienced and professional Financial Planner or Senior Paraplanner, who is client focused, team orientated and technically minded to join their team in Newcastle. This practice provides bespoke, tailored and holistic financial advice where the focus is on the client.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify client's needs and produce appropriate strategies
• Manage a team of three paraplanners
• Meet with clients and produce strategies
• Provide Holistic advice to retail clients surrounding Super, Insurance, Retirement Planning, SMSF, Investments (Managed Funds)

Key Requirements:

• FASEA exam passed and relevant degree/masters
• 5+ Years experience in Financial Planning
• Excellent communication skills
• X-Plan proficiency
• Strong client focus
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
• Team oriented and collaborative attitude
