A progressive Newcastle practice turning over $2,000,000 is seeking an equity partner. On offer is an equity interest of up to 50% in a practice which has a consistent pattern of growth. The firm focuses upon providing quality Business Development / Tax advice to business clients. It is expected that the applicant will have had several years experience in the profession in the areas of Business Services / Tax and either be CPA or CA qualified.

This position may suit a sole practitioner who is seeking;

1. the support of fellow partners,
2. improved profitability,
3. to spend more time consulting with clients,
4. access to a broader range of specialist client services, and
5. more quality clients,

or alternatively someone currently in a senior management of partner role in another firm.

You should have a proven track record in business taxation with a background in providing planning & advice on a range of business issues. Ideally you should be CPA or CA qualified.

You should enjoy working in a proactive environment and have a flexible working style which can anticipate future client requirements. Also the ability to build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for the Practice is essential for this appointment. You should have the ability to motivate staff and co-ordinate and lead a team.
