It is envisaged that the person applying for this role would already have held a partner or senior manager role in top 4 or mid tier accounting firm and be capable of generating further business. The position may suit a person who is currently a partner seeking a new challenge or senior manager looking for career progression with a view to Partnership, or perhaps a sole trader seeking to take their business to the next level.
