A highly successful Financial Planning firm with large institutional backing has a tremendous opportunity for an established Accounting and/or Financial Planning firm to merge (or sell) into a more comprehensive integrated financial services firm to better meet the needs of their respective clients. At the same time potentially delivering significant benefits to all stakeholders, including, but not limited to: • The creation of a "one stop shop" for clients to manage all of their material financial affairs, • Integration of information and administration to deliver an improved client experience, • Operational expense savings to both businesses as back office functions are combined, and • New business opportunities through cross referral of clients to each part of the combined business.

If you are a practice with:- 

·         Firm Revenue between $1.5m and $3.0m, with an established profit track record

·         Revenue not dependant on a small number of key clients.

·         A minimum of 500 clients,

·         Diversified client base covering general accounting support for small to medium businesses, as well as a portfolio of reasonably affluent retail clients.

·         Majority of clients regularly using the accounting firm services
