To support this momentum, they are seeking a Senior Client Manager to step into a high-impact leadership role. This position offers a clear and genuine pathway to future equity or partnership for the right candidate.

About You:

• You are a CA or CPA-qualified accountant with 10+ years' experience in public practice across business services and tax.

• You possess strong commercial acumen and enjoy engaging with clients beyond compliance.

• You are tech-savvy, confident with cloud accounting platforms (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.), and capable of advising clients on streamlining operations through smart software choices.

• You lead by example—having successfully supervised and mentored junior and intermediate staff.

• You thrive in a collaborative team culture and bring energy, ideas, and client focus to your role.

• Ideally, you may have a small parcel of existing fees or a strong network you can bring to further enhance the firm’s client base.
