An equity partnership in a long established, quite profitable, two partner general practice, located in a large regional centre, providing accounting, tax, audit and small business advice to a broad range of clients. The practice is highly profitable given the level of turnover, The position would suit a partner who is prepared to be hands on.

One of the partners is retiring and is seeking to sell his 50% interest in the firm. It is envisaged that the retiring partner will work on a phase-out basis.
