CBD based accounting and business advisory firm, is seeking to appoint a partner level candidate to manage part of its high quality business client base.  The opportunity would suit a talented CA or CPA who is seeking a director/partner level role. Subject to qualification, you will be offer equity in the firm after 12 months, which will principally be internally funded.     

The position may suit a practitioner seeking to merge with a larger practice. So the structure of the appointment is dependent on your situation – however the ongoing nature of the position will involve:

  • Strong existing client relationships ready to be passed to incoming professional from a retiring partner
  • Salary of $200k+ bonus/profit share
  • Your current clients remaining on your account should you exit the business.
